In this module students will learn about the impact and effects of bullying as well as strategies to stop the cycle of bullying in their school and community. They will explore specific issues surrounding cyberbullying and the ways that technology can be exploited to cause harm. Students will learn about the bully cycle and the roles of the bully, victim, and bystander as well as how the cycle of bullying can lead a person to go from one role to another. They will hear from students portraying real-life bullying scenarios and will learn how to deal with and overcome the challenges they may face. In addition, students will be provided specific steps that they can take to deal with bullying and to help end the cycle of bullying.
