In this module students will define stress and anxiety through the lens of both positive and negative stressors. Students will hear fellow peers share their stories of experiences with positive and negative stress. Students will identify stressors and physical signs of stress and discuss when stress may be helpful. They will develop and implement immediate and long-term stress management skills designed to help them return to a sense of calm so they can make better decisions. In the post-viewing sections, students will explore one another’s experiences with stress and anxiety and discuss their own coping strategies.
